FROM NISHIMEIHAN EXPRESSWAY KORIYAMA I.C. Turn left from the direction of Kashihara(橿原） and come to 1-24. Turn right at a first intersection, then go straight along the street with a Pchinko and a hotel. Turn right at a T-junction and you will see our gym on the right side over the overpass of Nishimeihan.(西名阪）
FROM KINTETSU HIRAHATA STATION One way only exit from the station. Walk in about 2minutes to the right alongside a railway. Then cross the railway tracks and walk to an intersection. Turn left there, and you will see our gym’s billboard on the right side over the overpass of Nishimeihan.(西名阪）
	FROM KINTETSU TSUTSUI STATION Walk to a billboard of Aoyama, then turn at an intersection of Tsutsui-cho(筒井町) in the direction of the center wholesale market.
FROM JR YAMATOKOIZUMI STATION Exit from the east and walk to a billboard of MIDORI DENKA.(ミドリ電化） Take a bus with a sign 60高畑(Takahata-cho),63国道横田(Kokudo Yokota),92シャープ前(sharp-mae) at 椎木(Shigi) bus stop in front of MIDORI DENKA(ミドリ電化) and get off at Banjo 番条, the fourth bus stop. It takes 7minutes. The fare is ￥200. 10minutes on foot from Banjo.(｜ There are 3 buses an hour to Banjo(番条）bus stop. The last time for a bus is between 9p.m and 10p.m.
